Job Description
Be paid what you're worth! The AVP, Actuarial Modernization Models, will oversee and direct model development for special projects using Moody's AXIS software. Responsibilities include managing the corporate model and implementing changes for new products, regulatory requirements, and strategic initiatives. This leadership role will manage a team of 3-6 actuaries and will work with senior management, including VPs of Actuarial, Finance, IT, and Risk, as well as SVPs of Finance and business units. Qualifications for this role include an ASA or FSA certification, Axis knowledge, and 7-10 years of actuarial model experience, including experience with formal controls and working with auditors.
