Ready to take your skills to the next level? One of the largest workers' compensation carriers in the nation is seeking a talented and well-established Actuary to be responsible for overseeing all workers’ compensation actuarial reserving activities of the department. Additionally, this individual will establish goals & job competencies, identify skill gaps, create development plans, coach & mentor on a continuous basis, and provide performance evaluations. Must have ACAS or FCAS designation, 10+ years of actuarial experience, strong managerial skills, and experience with change management & leading process improvements. Comp: $180-200K. (#53967)
