This individual will build, design, and deploy pricing, underwriting and customer demand models to improve profitability. They will also manage model development, explore new data sources, and communicate analysis & insights while sharing expertise with the business and data science/actuarial teams. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of P&C personal lines property insurance experience along with hands-on modeling experience. Technical skills with R, SQL, and Python are required.
