Job Description

Midwest insurance company has a great opportunity for a designated FSA with 8 years of experience pricing or reserving health insurance products, either group or individual. Candidate will be responsible for the professional development of the team, preparation of all statewide annual rate filings, and the development & maintenance of models for various undertakings. Candidate must have advanced knowledge of GAAP and Statutory reserve calculations, advanced knowledge of actuarial and statistical modeling techniques, and familiarity with insurance contracts, provider contracts, coding, policies, and procedures.
