Job Description

Above-market compensation package available for the right candidate. This role will collaborate with several internal Key Business Partners to develop and refine client solutions. You will lead client relationships, formulate account strategies for business growth, perform activities that support new business acquisition goals, and act as a client expert in facilitating an effective, profitable solution. The ideal candidate would have a FCIA/FSA designation, 10+ years of insurance/reinsurance experience, and prior experience in making business decisions, demonstrating leadership of direct or indirect teams. Arturo joined DW Simpson in 2017 and is currently the Social Media Specialist. He is in charge of running and maintaining DW Simpson’s social media presence, increasing brand awareness and improving marketing efforts.

Arturo attended Columbia College Chicago where he graduated with a BFA in Advertising Art Direction. He enjoys attending concerts, dive bars, and art museums.
